Research application
Transcriptomics & spatial biology
Research analysis of molecular endotypes, interferon signatures, B/T/myeloid states, repertoire and measured autoantibody evolution after intervention. Scope is agreed after reviewing laboratory-generated data, study design and feasibility.
Analyses are tailored to your experimental design, data quality and research question. The workflow and deliverables are agreed following project review.
Analysis modules
Matched-data QC: review donor, time and treatment annotations across assays.
Molecular endotypes: compare supported interferon and other immune signatures.
Immune-cell states: examine B-, T- and myeloid-cell changes.
Repertoire and autoantibodies: track measured repertoire and autoantibody evolution.
Intervention comparisons: summarize associations and trajectories without diagnostic or remission guarantees.
Data and metadata
Matched multimodal/longitudinal data, donor/time/treatment metadata. Include assay and processing provenance, quality-control summaries, sample identifiers without patient identifiers, species/tissue, groups, controls, batch and relevant donor/time-point metadata.
Proposed deliverables
Comparative tables and interpretable figures. Proposed outputs include documented methods, quality-control summaries and explicit limitations; deliverables are tailored after review.
Interpretation and feasibility
Interpretation depends on sampling, controls and replication.
