Immune profiling
Explore immune and stromal composition and transcriptional signatures in bulk tissue profiles.
Analyses are tailored to your experimental design, data quality and research question. The workflow and deliverables are agreed following project review.
Analysis modules
Immune and stromal cell deconvolution with appropriate reference methods.
Cell-population enrichment scores and method-specific abundance estimates.
Cytotoxic, interferon and other prespecified immune signatures.
Comparisons between experimental conditions or time points.
Concordance and sensitivity assessment across compatible methods.
Association with supplied research covariates and outcomes where justified.
Comparison with matched cytometry or single-cell measurements.
Data and metadata
A suitably normalized expression matrix with known gene identifiers, species, tissue and sample design; matched cytometry or single-cell reference data when available.
Proposed deliverables
Method-labelled cell-profile tables; sample-by-cell-type matrices; comparative figures; sensitivity and interpretation notes.
Interpretation and feasibility
Enrichment scores are not cell fractions, and outputs from different methods must not simply be averaged. Reference suitability is tissue- and species-dependent. These are research estimates, not a clinical response test.
Methods and references
Methods, reference resources and software are selected for each project after protocol, feasibility and licence review. Applicable versions, references and interpretation limits are documented in the agreed workflow.
