Vaccinology & Immune Memory

Research analysis of response kinetics, clone persistence, B-cell lineages and associations of early signatures with measured durable responses. Scope is agreed after reviewing laboratory-generated data, study design and feasibility.

Analyses are tailored to your experimental design, data quality and research question. The workflow and deliverables are agreed following project review.

Analysis modules

Longitudinal QC: assess donor matching, sampling intervals and assay coverage.

Response kinetics: compare measured repertoire, expression, cytometry or serology time courses.

Clone persistence: summarize observed persistence over suitable follow-up.

B-cell lineages: reconstruct supported lineage relationships without inferring affinity from mutation.

Durability associations: relate early signatures to measured later responses, not vaccine efficacy.

Data and metadata

Longitudinal repertoire/transcriptomic/cytometry/serology data. Include assay and processing provenance, quality-control summaries, sample identifiers without patient identifiers, species/tissue, groups, controls, batch and relevant donor/time-point metadata.

Proposed deliverables

Time-course plots, clonal lineage summaries and associations. Proposed outputs include documented methods, quality-control summaries and explicit limitations; deliverables are tailored after review.

Interpretation and feasibility

Sequence mutation does not establish affinity; durability requires suitable follow-up; no efficacy claim.
